He has led several complex and integrated consulting assignments in the domain of organization / HR transformation & change, culture articulation, organization design, talent management, leadership development M&A’s and performance improvement.
Lokesh is an MBA in HR from SIBM, Pune University and a BE in Electronics and Communication from Bhopal University. He is currently pursuing his Fellow Program in Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has also served Indian Navy for a brief tenure of two and a half years, as a Naval Engineering Cadet.
He brings strong expertise in areas of vision and values articulation and cascade, strategy mapping and deployment, organization set-up, transformation, talent management and leadership development with a consulting track record of advising global and Indian clients, across several industry verticals including Engineering, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Conglomerates, Information Technology, Services and Family Led Enterprises.

Manish Prasad is Founder Director at Kognoz Research & Consulting, a result-oriented Professional with more than 30 years of experience in Business Operations Management with complete P&L responsibilities. Key features have been Management of multiple sites across globe; Managing in Global environment including Operations Management in Asian countries like India, China, Indonesia and Malaysia; consulting in Asia, Africa and USA (12 countries across the 3 continents); Supply Chain improvements and implementing strategic improvement processes at enterprise level. He has hands-on experience in Automotive, Banking, FMCG, Textile, Paper, Packaging and Industrial products sectors. Rich consulting experience in Manufacturing, Healthcare, Financial services and Sales Organizations. In his illustrious career, Manish has worked with Eicher Tractors, Gillette, NRB Bearings, Simpler Consulting and Colfax Corporation
Harpreet Kaur holds a B-Tech degree from GGSIPU, Delhi and MBA in HR from School of Inspired Leadership. She has over 8 years of experience and has led consulting assignments in the area of HR transformation and set-up for manufacturing and technology clientele. Her areas of expertise are organization design, role mapping, talent management systems & processes & employee engagement. Prior to joining Kognoz Research & Consulting, she was leading Zonal Talent Management and Development for the Future Group. In her earlier roles she has worked with Anand Group in the Talent Management, Leadership Development and Employee Engagement domains. She was also instrumental in shaping the HR function at PepperTap.
Archana Prasad comes with 25+ years of experience in capability building, coaching, counselling and education. She is passionate about a life skills coaching and is associated with various NGOs impacting hundreds of lives over the years.
Archana has been a trainer and facilitator at HIPA (Haryana Institute of Public Administration) where she has trained senior state government officials and IAS on professional skills, attitude change, service mindset, team management and interpersonal skills.
During her long stint, she has worked on several training and development assignments and has impacted working professionals, government officials and students with her deep expertise on life skills consulting, counselling, stress management and executive coaching.
Radhika Kalia is an IIM graduate with of 6 + years working on assignments in the area of HR transformation. Her areas of expertise include organization design and restructuring, talent management including competency framework development and assessment and vision and values articulation. Radhika began her career with Aon Hewitt and then Great Place to Work, gaining exposure on employee engagement studies. Her work included analyzing the survey results and preparing leadership presentations for the client. She joined the boutique consulting world, 2.5 years ago and some examples of her recent work include organization re-structuring, manpower rationalization, roles & accountability clarification in a manufacturing set-up, revamping the performance management system for a BFSI company and articulation of the values for a real estate company.
Srinivasan KJ, comes with more than 14 years of industry as well as consulting experience. He is a commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce and PGDBM from MDI, Gurgaon. He is also pursuing Executive Fellowship Program from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has deep expertise in the areas of talent management, performance and incentives, leadership assessment and development and establishing HR shared service centers. He is a certified MBTI practitioner and is certified in psychometric and capability assessment tools like 16PF, PAPI and IRIS. He has worked with large corporates in India and Middle East spanning across industries like Utilities, Telecom, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Engineering & Construction amongst others. Before joining Kognoz, he was heading the performance and engagement for America Tower in India. Prior to this, he was heading the Human Capital practice for Protiviti in Middle East. He started his career with Infosys and then moved to HR consulting in ECS and PwC.
Prabhat Pant, is a strategy and operations professional with a rich consulting experience of being associated with more than 30 clients across India and globally. He has led multiple business transformation and strategy implementation initiatives with Automobile, FMCG, Metals, and Pharmaceutical being the focused industries apart from others. He brings in expertise around Operations Excellence, Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain, Sales & Operations planning and Program Management set-up for several large and small clients. Prabhat holds an Industrial Engineering degree from U.P.T.U. and MBA from IE Business School. In his nearly 14 years of professional journey, he has been associated with PwC, Everest Group, Eicher Consulting and Process & Automobile ancillary industry.
Balachandar Sathananthan is an ASQ certified Six sigma Black Belt professional and Govt of India certified ZED master trainer. He has proven leadership in Manufacturing, Automotive, Packaging, Process Industry, Textile & Paper, Food Industry, Consumer Durable, Dealer Sales/Service sectors. He provides consultancy and support organization wide TPM, Lean ,Six Sigma & TQM Implementation. He has coached many senior teams on lean methodologies to create a business impact. He has trained 6000+ people and have facilitated more than 117 projects his career. He has more than 15 years of experience in business, manufacturing, quality assurance, process analysis and service area. He has learned TPS from Toyota, JAPAN & TPM From JIPM and worked with Many Japanese Sensei’s on business improvement projects.
Bala is passionate about building a TPM culture at organizations, knowledge and experience sharing on TPM in industry forums. Clients acknowledge Bala for his perseverance, strong project management and deep expertise in TPM, Lean and Six Sigma.
Nitin Dumasia holds bachelor degree Mechanical Engineering, Advanced Diploma in Foundry Technology, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from American Society for Quality (ASQ), Certified for Lean Applications in Service Industry, IRCA approved ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, Empaneled as Lean Manufacturing Consultant with National Productivity Council and Quality Council India, Certified Consultant for Zero Defect Zero Effect (ZED) by QCI and Certified Risk Assessment personnel. He was heading the Operations Consulting division as Associate Director in RSM India. Prior to that he has also worked with Tata Steel, Inspiron Engineering, Pentair Water and Hilti Manufacturing. During his career spanning 14+ years as Internal and External consultant helping organizations achieve Business Transformation and Operations Excellence through Safety, Productivity, Cost Reduction, Quality Improvement, Cash Flow Improvements, etc.
