Lokesh Nigam

Lokesh Nigam consults with organizations in leadership, strategy, organization & HR transformation and change. He has led several complex and integrated consulting assignments in the domain of organization / HR transformation & change, culture articulation, organization design, talent management, leadership development M&A’s and performance improvement.

Lokesh is an MBA in HR from SIBM, Pune University and a BE in Electronics and Communication from Bhopal University. He is currently pursuing his Fellow Program in Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has also served Indian Navy for a brief tenure of two and a half years, as a Naval Engineering Cadet.

He brings strong expertise in areas of vision and values articulation and cascade, strategy mapping and deployment, organization set-up, transformation, talent management and leadership development with a consulting track record of advising global and Indian clients, across several industry verticals including Engineering, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Conglomerates, Information Technology, Services and Family Led Enterprises.

Manish Prasad


Manish Prasad is Founder Director at Kognoz Research &  Consulting, a result-oriented Professional with more than 30 years of experience in Business Operations Management with complete P&L responsibilities. Key features have been Management of multiple sites across globe; Managing in Global environment including Operations Management in Asian countries like India, China, Indonesia and Malaysia; consulting in Asia, Africa and USA (12 countries across the 3 continents); Supply Chain improvements and implementing strategic improvement processes at enterprise level. He has hands-on experience in Automotive, Banking, FMCG, Textile, Paper, Packaging and Industrial products sectors. Rich consulting experience in Manufacturing, Healthcare, Financial services and Sales Organizations. In his illustrious career, Manish has worked with Eicher Tractors, Gillette, NRB Bearings, Simpler Consulting and Colfax Corporation

Harpreet Kapoor

Harpreet Kaur holds a B-Tech degree from GGSIPU, Delhi and MBA in HR from School of Inspired Leadership. She has over 8 years of experience and has led consulting assignments in the area of HR transformation and set-up for manufacturing and technology clientele. Her areas of expertise are organization design, role mapping, talent management systems & processes & employee engagement. Prior to joining Kognoz Research & Consulting, she was leading Zonal Talent Management and Development for the Future Group. In her earlier roles she has worked with Anand Group in the Talent Management, Leadership Development and Employee Engagement domains. She was also instrumental in shaping the HR function at PepperTap.

Pooja Mehta​

Pooja Mehta holds a graduate degree in Psychology from Delhi University’s Indraprastha College (1996), and a post graduation in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur (1998). Pooja has over 15 years of experience in Rewards Consulting, Human Capital Consulting and Internal HR roles. She has holistic HR experience having worked extensively across multiple HR domains including Organization Design and Structuring, M&A, Competency Framework Development and Leadership Assessment, Job Evaluation, Compensation & Benefits, HR Audit and People Process Redesign. She has led global assignments as well as worked with multiple clients across industries. A majority of her work experience has been with consulting organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Mercer.

Satinder Singh

Satinder Singh holds a bachelor degree in Dairy Science and PGDM (Agriculture) from IIM Ahmedabad, Over 30 years of experience Satinder has made significant contribution in Product and Process Optimization both in India as well as in International space while working with Nestle. Building cost competitiveness, reduction of waste, removing inefficiencies from production systems, productivity improvement and enhancing team effectiveness are some of his proven skills. Technical Expertise include Chocolate & Confectionery Manufacturing Technology, Extrusion, Cocoa Processing, Dairy Technology, Milk and Milk Processing, Food Products Process Technology and Key Food Ingredients manufacturing processes, Wheat Flour – Milling.

Srinivasan KJ

Srinivasan KJ, comes with more than 14 years of industry as well as consulting experience.  He is a commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce and PGDBM from MDI, Gurgaon. He is also pursuing Executive Fellowship Program from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has deep expertise in the areas of talent management, performance and incentives, leadership assessment and development and establishing HR shared service centers. He is a certified MBTI practitioner and is certified in psychometric and capability assessment tools like 16PF, PAPI and IRIS. He has worked with large corporates in India and Middle East spanning across industries like Utilities, Telecom, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Engineering & Construction amongst others. Before joining Kognoz, he was heading the performance and engagement for America Tower in India. Prior to this, he was heading the Human Capital practice for Protiviti in Middle East. He started his career with Infosys and then moved to HR consulting in ECS and PwC.

Prabhat Pant

Prabhat Pant, is a strategy and operations professional with a rich consulting experience of being associated with more than 30 clients across India and globally.  He has led multiple business transformation and strategy implementation initiatives with Automobile, FMCG, Metals, and Pharmaceutical being the focused industries apart from others. He brings in expertise around Operations Excellence, Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain, Sales & Operations planning and Program Management set-up for several large and small clients. Prabhat holds an Industrial Engineering degree from U.P.T.U. and MBA from IE Business School. In his nearly 14 years of professional journey, he has been associated with PwC, Everest Group, Eicher Consulting and Process & Automobile ancillary industry.

Anirban Datta

Anirban Datta has an extensive experience of 20 years in the areas of organization design, organization transformation & change management, employee engagement, talent management, performance management and leadership development. In his career he has been associated with management consulting firms like PricewaterhouseCoopers and ECS Ltd., and has lead Organizational Development & Effectiveness in organizations like Intel and Whirlpool at the Asia Pacific and Global levels respectively. He has rich experience of working on consulting assignments in India as well as in the USA, Europe, Canada, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Middle-East across multiple industries. He holds a post graduate degree in Human Resource & Organizational Development from Delhi School of Economics and is a Fellow in Process Work (Applied Behavioral Sciences) from Sumedhas – Academy for Human Context. He is also a certified MBTI & FIRO-B facilitator.

Priyanka Arora

Priyanka Arora​ has more than 10 years of consulting experience in the United States, India and Africa.  She has worked on a gamut of assignments in the people consulting space including HR strategy, Competency and Leadership Development, Assessments, Workforce Optimization and Strategic Work Force Planning.
