Harpreet Kapoor, CEO of Kognoz Talent Solutions is leading Talent, Learn & Engagement consulting, products and solutions for ASEAN Region. She has over 10 years of experience in working deeply in the areas of HR transformation, Organization Design, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Engagement, Well-Being with a holistic approach on developing practices, policies, and digital enablement.
She has worked in various industries including Manufacturing, Automobile, IT, Technology, Media, Oil and Gas, Retail, Start-ups in streamlining & developing various HR capabilities, practices, processes & system around organization development, talent assessment, job design, organization restructuring, learning and talent management strategy development and deployment across organization. She has helped many organizations in enabling their career and learning marketplaces while working on the foundational principles coupled with technology enablement. She has been instrumental in creating some of innovative technology enablement solutions for HR practices and she drives deep client relationships and research-oriented solutions.
Prior to joining Kognoz Research & Consulting, she was leading North Zone Talent Management and Development in Future Group. In her earlier roles, she has worked with Anand Group in areas of Talent Management, Leadership Development and Employee Engagement. She was also instrumental in shaping talent managementpractices & policies at PepperTap.
She is certified in transactional analysis andvarious psychometric tools like Thomas, CEB OPQ etc. and has knowledge of various HCMand Learning platforms, to enable the right people solutions for the clients.
Harpreet holds a B-Tech degree in computer science from GGSIPU, Delhi and MBA in HR from School of Inspired Leadership. She is passionate about large scale organization change, organization design, changing paradigm in learning & talent space. Her personal interest is in yoga, holistic well-being and mindfulness.
