Lokesh Nigam is the Co-Founder & Director at Kognoz Research & Consulting. In his 22 years of management consulting experience, he has worked intensely in Change, Employee Experience, Organization Transformation, Digital HR Transformation, and Leadership Development. Lokesh brings deep expertise in areas of strategic workforce planning, strategy mapping and deployment, organization set-up, Digital HR transformation, talent management, and leadership development with a consulting track record of advising global and Indian clients, across several industry verticals including Oil & Gas, Engineering, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Banking & Financial Services, Conglomerates, Information Technology, Services and Family Led Enterprises.
Lokesh has worked with Arvind Mills, KPMG, Eicher Consultancy Services (ECS), PwC, and Aon Hewitt in the past and was co-founder of Adyant Advisory and Kairos Research and Consulting before starting Kognoz. He holds an Engineering degree from Bhopal University, MBA in HR from SIBM Pune and is currently pursuing an Executive Fellowship program in Organization Behavior from XLRI, Jamshedpur in the area of organizational mindfulness. He is also a visiting faculty and teaches leadership at XLRI’ Jamshedpur.
Lokesh has advised C-Suite leaders, promoters, and entrepreneurs on areas like change, culture, organization design, OD, leadership development, capability building and executive coaching.
Lokesh is trained on and has deployed several methodologies with respect to large-scale change, assessing and coaching leaders on capability alignment to vision and strategy, thus having an ability to activate vision and mission on the ground. He is trained in Requisite Organization methodologies, which are important to integrated leadership development and driving capability-based organizations, He has the experience and passion for leadership development, and helping organizations create a thorough leadership pipeline at all levels and end-to-end human resource management hinged on communication, connect and technology, which is aligned to business objectives both in the short and long run. He has deployed the principles of appreciative enquiry to facilitate change in leadership, and organizations and create business-specific interventions to leverage inherent organizational strengths.
Lokesh has developed research-based methodologies for action coaching, and self-driven workplace systems to drive employee motivation.
He is passionate about large-scale change initiatives, organization design, and team science and is a thought leader in managing complex adaptive systems. Clients acknowledge him for his research-based approach to solutions and his understanding of wide-ranging business applications. He believes in the simplicity of solutions in complex situations.
