Mahim is the HR Consulting Practice Leader at Kognoz with 16+ years of experience in the areas of organization transformation, leadership development, talent management, employee experience, and change management across multiple geographies: India, Japan, Southeast Asia, the US, the Middle East, Europe, and Australia. In his management consulting and corporate stints, he has worked in sectors like energy, mining, steel, power, infrastructure, real estate, oil and gas, manufacturing, FMCG, shared services, BSFI, telecom, IT, and ITES with reputed global organizations like Ernst & Young, Infosys, AIG, SunLife, Birlasoft, Jindal Stainless, and Jumbo Electronics.
He has consulted with several large and mid-scale organizations across the globe on enabling people to take the organization to the next level. His approach is based on linking people aspects to the larger business goals and vision, establishing a strong alignment before designing, identifying, and implementing any solution or program. He incorporates technology as a critical lever of implementation, wherever possible, in his solutions. He follows a listening and questioning approach while working with his stakeholders to understand and uncover their real needs. He handholds his stakeholders to manage any change, ensuring sustenance and real impact in the long run. He has leveraged innovative methods to drive large-scale change in organizations and is a firm believer in finding ways to maximize human potential.
He has completed his B.E. in Mechanical from Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi (now DTU), and his MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. He is certified in psychometric tools like OPQ 32, Harrison, and Belbin Team Roles and has experience working with other psychometric tools like MBTI and Gallup Strength Finder. He is pursuing the journey towards ACC ICF Coach Certification. He is passionate about the intersection of business, psychology, behaviour science, data, and technology. He actively engages in strengthening the HR fraternity through keynote sessions, panel discussions, teaching, delivering guest lectures, and contributing to building the next generation of HR talent.
