In his 30 years of Consulting & Business Operations Management experience Manish has handled complex business and P&L responsibilities. Manish advises Boards, Promoters and Entrepreneurs in areas relating to business performance improvement, digital transformation and implementing Kognoz Business Systems Framework.
Manish has deep expertise in managing global operations and has managed businesses across India, China, Indonesia, and Malaysia. He has advised clients on business transformation and LEAN across Asia, Africa and Americas, spanning over 12 countries and across 3 continents, in implementing strategic improvement programs at the enterprise level. He has hands-on industry and consulting experience in a wide range of industries like Automotive, Healthcare, Banking & Financial Services, FMCG, Textile, Paper, Packaging, and Industrial products sectors.
In his illustrious career, Manish has worked with Eicher Tractors, Gillette, NRB Bearings, Simpler Consulting, Royal Bank of Scotland, Trident Group and Colfax Corporation.
Manish is passionate about LEAN and is one of the few in the country to apply LEAN principles and execute Rapid Improvement Events (RIE) effectively in manufacturing and services industries. Clients acknowledge him for business management, coaching and knowledge sharing with their team.
